Century Memorial

Gerard Fountain. [Born] 1861. Architect. Builder of many houses; one of the leading citizens of Scarsdale, where with other Centurions he helped direct the community library; for many years a regular of the northeast corner table in the dining room of the Club where his taste in letters and the arts and his quiet wit gained him a circle of loyal friends; one of our staunchest.

Geoffrey Parsons, Secretary
Annual Meeting Necrology, 11 January 1945
