Century Memorial

Wilbur Larremore was known to the Century for his sound and well-balanced judgment on questions which came before the Club’s committees, and to his own profession for his equally good judgment in reviewing proposals for state legislation or in appraising judicial opinions. His knowledge of personnel, capacity, and character of both bench and bar was unusually wide. His comments on current arguments or opinions, in the Law Journal which he had edited during the twenty-seven past years, long ago won the high appreciation of his fellow-practitioners. In the Century he was a genial associate and a faithful worker for the best interests of the Club.
