Century Memorial

Philip Golden Bartlett’s active law career began nearly fifty years ago; he practiced during all that period in this city. His was one of the notable cases of a law student, starting without social or professional influence as clerk in an important city law firm, won his way by sheer capacity to partnership in the firm and eventually to seniority of membership.
