Century Memorial

The very retiring disposition of Van Horne Norrie, his persistent shunning of public distinction for medical achievement, left his career and personality unknown to many of his fellow-clubmen. Only a few intimates were fully acquainted with his personal and intellectual charm, but the profession recognized him as one of the foremost diagnosticians of his time.
