Century Memorial

Robert Thorne was a lawyer of standing, whose larger interest was less in his own profession than in the Neurological Institute, in whose foundation he co-operated with our own fellow-Centurion, Pearce Bailey, and of which he was for twenty years trustee or president. He was a faithful attendant at meetings of the institution’s medical board, gave his time to the raising of endowment funds, and served as member of its research committee.
